Orders and product information

Provide accurate contact, payment, shipping, and vehicle information. Prices, product condition, availability, shipping costs, and any special restrictions are shown in the listing, checkout, or written quote. We may contact you to clarify fitment or availability. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error is found, we will explain the issue and offer an agreed correction or cancellation with a refund of the affected payment. We will not impose a higher price or substitute a different item without your agreement.

Automotive fitment and safe use

Before ordering parts, provide the VIN, year, make, model, engine, and relevant part details. Follow the product manufacturer’s instructions and applicable vehicle service information. Installation and diagnostic work must be performed safely by a suitably qualified person. Store information and tool outputs do not guarantee a diagnosis or replace vehicle-specific procedures. We remain responsible for accurately describing the merchandise we sell.

Shipping, returns, and warranties

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of the purchase information. Any special-order cancellation restrictions, used-part condition, return exceptions, core charges, or warranty terms must be disclosed before payment. Manufacturer and product-specific warranties are described separately. These terms do not exclude statutory rights or remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.

Repair and diagnostic services

Repair labor, mobile service, diagnostic fees, travel charges, work authorization, and workmanship warranty terms are provided separately in the service estimate or agreement. Purchasing merchandise does not automatically include installation or repair labor.

Privacy and site use

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not use this site for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, interference with security, or infringement of others’ rights. Keep your account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized use.

Changes and contact
