30-day return requests

Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return of tools, equipment, or new automotive parts. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact ttjautorepair@gmail.com or (918) 840-3827 for authorization and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Parts and exceptions

Provide your VIN, year, make, model, engine, and requested part details so we can help check fitment before ordering. Any special-order or electrical-part return restrictions must be disclosed in the listing or written quote before payment; otherwise the standard return policy applies. Used and salvage parts have their condition, return eligibility, and any warranty stated in the listing or written quote before payment. Installed, altered, damaged-through-misuse, or incomplete items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not remove rights relating to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods or applicable law.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photos if available. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when we supplied an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged item. Reporting promptly helps us investigate; it does not replace applicable consumer rights.

Return shipping and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies under this standard policy. We inspect returned items and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund. We will explain any denial.

Cancellations, warranties, and repair services

Request cancellation before shipment. Any special-order cancellation restriction must be disclosed and accepted before payment. Cancellation and refund rights for shipping delays remain available under applicable law. Manufacturer or part-specific warranties are stated separately; no blanket warranty duration is promised. This merchandise policy does not set the terms for diagnostic or repair labor, which are provided with the service estimate or work authorization.
