Processing and delivery estimates

Shipping availability, processing time, and estimated delivery depend on the product, supplier, stock, and destination. Check the product listing, checkout information, or written quote before payment. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. We do not promise a storewide 3–5-business-day delivery time. Where no shipment time is stated, we will ship within 30 days or provide the delay and cancellation options described below.

Parts sourcing

For sourced new or used parts, we confirm fitment information, availability, shipping charges, any core charge, condition, and applicable warranty or return restrictions before payment. Special-order, used, large, or freight items may require a separate quote. Do not assume a part is in stock solely because it appears in a sourcing collection.

Charges and tracking

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout or in your written quote before payment. We do not promise free shipping unless it is expressly offered for your order. Items may ship separately or directly from a supplier. Tracking will be provided when available. Enter a complete, accurate delivery address and contact us immediately if it needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipment.

Delays, missing parcels, and damage

If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We will obtain any further consent required by applicable law. Contact us promptly about a missing, incorrect, or damaged shipment so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Carrier delays do not remove your applicable rights.
